Get ready for supper at Flindt's, Barbados

If you’re in Barbados and you’re looking for a delightful breakfast or lunch, Flindt Patisserie and Bistro is a cosy spot to visit. Starting this June, Flindt has extended its opening hours, offering supper on Thursdays and Fridays between 5.30 p.m. and 8.30 p.m.

Flindt, started by London-trained chef Carsten Flindt in 1998, offers reasonably priced meals, great service and excellent food. The perfect spot for a casual dinner with family and friends or an after wok get together, it’s also a neat spot for visitors looking for sumptuous pastries and meals. Their menu includes Flindt’s Bruschetta, Asian Shrimp Salad, pan-seared dolphin, Indonesian wok-fried beef and much more.

In Barbados, Flindt is also famous for his chocolate creations. If you’re thinking it’s your average cake shop, think again. Flindt’s isn’t just a cake shop; they do canapés, savouries, fresh salads, gourmet sandwiches, breads and desserts. Every day Carsten is bringing out new things. Desserts range from elaborate cakes and gateaux, to fruit mousses and chocolate dipped strawberries. Patisserie Flindt also does a full line of handsomely gift goodies and these include handmade truffles and bonbons, chocolate dripped apricots, chocolate dipped hazelnuts and Baileys chocolate fudge.
