If you’re on vacation in Barbados with your sweetheart and you want to spend some quality time over a fine meal, Cin Cin ought to make the cut.

The exterior is classic Mediterranean, cool brick walls belying the gorgeous view within. At first, it seems as though parking will be a pickle, but the complimentary valet handles that with ease while you make your way comfortably inside. With trendy and modern décor, expansive views of the ocean and attentive staff, you will not be disappointed by the interior.

“Cin cin”, an Italian toast to good health, is aptly named. You will often regard old friends enjoying laughs and drinks at the bar, new lovers engaging amorous conversation over a well presented meal, or people just saluting the goodness of life and health.

We recommend you reserve your table in advance, the restaurant is a bustling hot spot to which socialites flock. When you arrive, take your time to enjoy pre dinner cocktails at the air conditioned bar and lounge with an expansive glass wall.

No matter where you are seated, you will be able to see the ocean, but you must at least request a table directly overlooking the sea for maximum romance. The alfresco dining and open plan make you feel as though you are directly on the water. Elegant tables are cordially spaced to allow for private conversation.

Dining is Mediterranean style with Caribbean flavours. The lunch menu includes appetizing tidbits like chicken liver parfait, calamari fritte, crab cakes, crudo of seasonal fish with cucumber souse, ginger, ponzu, pink grapefruit, oysters and mussels mariniere, salads and pastas can be served as a starter or main course.
